What You Need:
Pom poms
Wooden stick
Toilet paper roll
Beads
Foam
What You Do:
Place wooden stick in the middle of the foam
Tape or glue pom poms to top of the stick
Rip toilet a paper roll and wrap it around stick with tape
Glue beads and poms poms on foam for decoration
