Word Wall of the Seasons!

Word Wall
The 4 Seasons!
What You Need:
Foldable White Board (or any color)
Construction Paper
Computer Paper
Dicots
Glue
Velcro

What You Do:
Make pictures out of construction paper which will go with the seasons
Use words which will go with the seasons! (Words will vary depending on age group).
Use the soft side of velcro to stick on the foldable board
Use the rough side of velcro to stick on the seasonal shape (lamination highly suggested)
Put the name of the season above the seasonal picture using colored construction paper behind it to make the word pop!
 Leaf for Fall:
I used orange construction paper and a dicot machine to make the leaf shape!
Fall Word Examples: Acorn, Candy Corn, Scarecrow, Leaves, Autumn, Rake, Pumpkins, Turkey

Snowflake for Winter:
I used light blue construction paper and a dicot machine to make the snowflake shape!
Winter Word Examples: Snow, Snowflake, Christmas, Snow man, Sleigh Ride, Cold, Hot Chocolate
Sun for Summer:
Cut out a circle from yellow construction paper, cut out yellow triangles, glue them to the back of the circle for the rays!
Summer Word Examples: Sunshine, Hot, Beach, Sun Glasses Flip Flops

Flower for Spring:
Cut out a green strip for the stem, and green leaves out of construction paper, I used yellow construction paper to cut out a circle for the middle of the flower, I used pink construction paper to cut out long oval like pieces for the peddles
Spring Word Examples: Butterfly, Rain, Rain Drops, Rainbow, Flower, Tulips, Kites, Umbrella

Use Your creativity!
Decorate your board with more seasonal shapes! I used a beach scene! (I printed out), jackolatern, Christmas tress, and a butterfly (all from a dicot machine)
